MKS work according to the environmental management definition ISO 14000. The person in charge of this is Helené Larsson.
Quality
MKS work according to the quality management system ISO 9000, however we're not certified. MKS
has to deliver the suitable product and quality in time to the customer.
In order to achieve this, all products and
services has to undergo extensive testing to
make sure the high standards are met. The
testing is documented in protocols and signed by proper and
competent personell.

Testing...
We carefully test all incoming products at the main office in Helsingborg. All products are assembled and tested as complete working units. Programming specific for the customers is downloaded and tested with the specific products if this is the case. The assembled system is tested for functionality which prevents possible problems at the customers during installation, mounting and initiation of the system. The whole procedure is documented by authorized and skilled personnel. After installation and initiation of the complete system, everything is tested together with the customer. During this, a testing protocol is filled out by the person in charge at MKS together with the customer. Finally this protocol is signed by MKS and the customer, the customer gets the original and MKS the copy.
Our installation technicians
Our employees are skilled service technicians and qualified electricians. We are situated at the main office in Helsingborg and the departments in Gothenburg and Stockholm.
MKS service technicians are qualified in both light and high current and have long experience in CCTV.
MKS mechanics are continuously going through different kinds of education.
Regardless if the installation has been done by one of our own electricians or by one of our partners, the initiation of the system is conducted by personnel from MKS. This is done as an insurance of the quality of the assembling.
All service is coordinated from the main office in Helsingborg.
