Security installations have one common deficiency - the human factor. MKS advice all our customers to educate their personnel making the most of your security products.
MKS offers you the possibility of signing a maintenance- or service agreement including education for the systems supplied by us (among other things).
Deals are divided into two groups, full service and basic service:
Basic service
One visit per year, free of charge.
Testing of functionality, settings and programming.
Going through handling of the system, once. The customer makes sure their personnel is present at the
time of the visit.
Cleaning of equipment and environmental control.
Detailed service protocols are reported after every visit. Including suggestions on possible improvements and pricing. The document is finally signed by the customers representative.
Free telephone support.
Full service
One visit per year, free of charge.

Free replacement products in case of damage.
Free of charge exchange of products subjected to fabrication faults on all products supplied by MKS.
Free of charge repairs of the products.
